As the case progresses, we can take on as expansive or limited role as the case requires. - Assist out-of-state attorney(s) with the pro hac vice admission process;
- Provide insight concerning the local legal community, judiciary, opposing counsel, mediators, and court reporters;
- Assist in obtaining or opposing temporary restraining orders (TROs), preliminary and/or temporary injunctions, and related relief;
- Assist with removal of cases from state to federal court;
- Provide insight and guidance regarding local court rules, court practices, preferences, and procedures;
- Assist with procedural motions involving jurisdiction and/or venue;
- Review pleadings to ensure they comply with local rules before they are filed;
- Prepare motions or written discovery, or responses to the same;
- Assist with filing of pleadings with the Court (either electronic or paper);
- Confer with opposing counsel regarding discovery disputes;
- Negotiate with opposing counsel regarding case management, status reports, extensions of time, setting hearings, and proposed orders;
- Attend and participate in depositions, hearings, scheduling conferences, pre-trial conferences, and trial.
