Jonathan Krems is the Managing Attorney and principal of Liberty Legal Solutions, LLC, a law firm dedicated to building, protecting, and defending the business and personal interests of our clients in Tulsa and throughout Oklahoma. Jonathan’s primary practice areas are business formations, business litigation including breach of contract disputes and commercial claims, contracts and agreements, and outside general counsel services. Jonathan is considered an “America First” attorney by several of his clients and has a reputation for aggressively defending their rights and interests both inside and outside the courtroom. Jonathan previously served as the Deputy General Counsel for the Oklahoma Republican Party and in October 2023 received the “We the People” Award at the first annual Oklahoma Grassroots Summit.
Prior to forming Liberty Legal Solutions, LLC, Jonathan worked with an insurance defense, subrogation, and civil litigation law firm in Edmond, Oklahoma, and he has also worked with regional creditors’ rights law firms in which he has assisted them in starting their branch operations in Oklahoma.
Jonathan earned his B.A. in Government & International Politics from George Mason University in 2002 and earned his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University in 2006. Jonathan is married to his wife Jennifer, and when he is not assisting his clients, Jonathan enjoys various podcasts, Republican politics, spending time with family, traveling, and working on his “Freedom Friday” blog.
