In today's Freedom Friday blog and email newsletter, we're having a different type of blog article.  Today is the 4th of July, America's Independence Day!  We are closed as are most small businesses, courthouses, banks, and there's no mail today, either.  It's a special holiday weekend.  Today we celebrate freedom from the tyranny of Great Britain, and we celebrate life, liberty, and prosperity in America.  Our Founding Father founded this nation on the values of limited government, individual liberty, and personal responsibility.  These are the values that foster economic growth so that people like you and me can achieve the American dream.  Small business is at the heart of the American dream, and I founded Liberty Legal Solutions, LLC, to help small business owners achieve the American dream by helping them with their legal needs.

The mission of Liberty Legal Solutions, LLC, is to provide legal services to small businesses in Oklahoma so that our clients will seize opportunities in the free market, take individual initiative, and find financial freedom.  Our purpose is to help our clients build, protect, and defend their business and personal interests here in Oklahoma.

Since Liberty Legal Solutions, LLC, was started in June 2019, we have helped many different small business owners with a variety of legal needs, not only transactional work, but also resolving disputes through pre-litigation negotiations as well as the litigation process.  Here are some highlights of how we have helped small business owners in recent months:

• We have helped several small business owners form their LLCs, draft their operating agreements, and generally get them started and set them up for success.  This includes work for consultants, real estate companies, and even other law firms.
• We have helped several small businesses collect their receivables, and at the same time defend the same small businesses against wrongful collection efforts by others.
