This weekend our country, America, celebrates Independence Day, and freedom from the tyranny of Great Britain.  It is a great celebration of life, liberty, and prosperity in America.  Our Founding Fathers founded this nation on the values of limited government, individual liberty, and personal responsibility.  These are the values that foster economic growth so that people like you and me can achieve the American dream.  Small business is at the heart of the American dream, and I founded Liberty Legal Solutions, LLC, to help small business owners achieve the American dream by helping them with their legal needs.

The mission of Liberty Legal Solutions, LLC is to provide legal services to small businesses in Oklahoma so that our clients will seize opportunities in the free market, take individual initiative, and find financial freedom.  At Liberty Legal Solutions, LLC, we believe that when someone seizes an opportunity in the free market and starts a small business by taking individual initiative, then that small business owner will find financial freedom and achieve the American dream.

Since Liberty Legal Solutions, LLC, was started in June 2019, we have helped many different small business owners with their legal needs.  Here are some highlights of how we have helped small business owners in recent months: 

• We have helped a local media production company get up and running the right way.  Not only did we help form the medial production company, but we also continue to serve as their outside general counsel and manage their corporate governance on a monthly basis as part of a subscription plan.

• We have helped small business owners with various contract issues, reviewing their contracts for either improvements or potential red flags, helping their small business move forward.

• We have helped several small business owners whose small business happens to be leasing property.  We have handed evictions for these clients, along with other real estate issues.

• We have also branched out to help small business owners run for political office, including a family farm rancher whose residency was challenged before the Oklahoma Election Board, and we provided a successful defense.
