Well, its that time of year again… sleigh bells ring, are you listening?  In the lane, snow is glistening (well, not in Oklahoma), a beautiful sight… its Christmas time!  This Sunday is Christmas Eve, and Monday is Christmas Day. 

Maybe your small business has already closed for the holiday, or you're simply taking off today, but the holidays are not a time for slowing down here at Liberty Legal Solutions, LLC.  I don't understand it… I've read law blogs from legal marketing companies out there, and they all say the same thing about the holidays, “many law firms slow down during the holidays…”  No, not here at Liberty Legal Solutions, LLC.  To be honest, it's a very busy time of year, when I make a to-do list of all the items that are “dangling” and that I want wrapped up by December 31^st.  These are not necessarily finishing cases, etc., but smaller projects which can be started and finished or gotten on their way, to make room for larger projects which are on the horizon in the new year.  However, in the middle of it all, we want to take time here in the Freedom Friday blog and email newsletter to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and send our annual Christmas message.

2023 has been an awesome year for Liberty Legal Solutions, LLC; it's been a year of explosive growth, but all stability since we moved to Tulsa in the middle of 2022.  Even though Liberty Legal Solutions, LLC, has become a Tulsa-based law firm, and we represent several clients in Tulsa, we still represent clients statewide in Oklahoma, including the Oklahoma City metro area, and we have taken on a significant client in eastern Oklahoma.  As a result, 2023 has been a year of significant and explosive growth, and this trend is expected to continue in 2024.  On behalf of Liberty Legal Solutions, LLC, I want to wish you a very Merry Christmas!

When I started Liberty Legal Solutions, LLC, I gave the firm a mission statement, which is to provide legal services to small businesses across Oklahoma so that our clients will seize opportunities in the free market, take individual initiative, and find financial freedom.  While these ideas remain our core values, we have expanded our mission to assist both individuals, small businesses, and even other organizations (like non-profits) build, protect, and defend their interests here in Oklahoma.  We cannot accomplish this (nor can our clients) without understanding the true meaning of Christmas.

The prophet Isaiah foretold of Christ's birth in Isaiah 9:6-7, which says, “For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given, And the government will be upon His shoulder.  And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.  Of the increase of His government and peace There will be no end…”  The true meaning of Christmas is that God gave His Son Jesus Christ to come to this world, and to die as a sacrifice for all of us, and that if we accept Him as our Lord and Savior, we can experience the victory and eternal life that God has for each of us.  Jesus is the Wonderful Counselor as He can provide better counsel than I can give my clients.  He is the Mighty God because He can move mountains and prepare the way for all of our cases and transactional matters to move forward in the right direction.  He is the Everlasting Father, providing love, care and attention, and He is the Prince of Peace, because He is the only One who can provide our clients peace in the midst of their storms of the business and/or their personal lives.  Jesus is the reason for the season, and Liberty Legal Solutions, LLC, would not be the same if not for His leading and guiding in the direction of the firm and in all of our cases and transactional matters.
